Refund & Cancellation

1. Refund Policy:
1.1 Refunds before the Event Date

• Registrants are eligible to a full refund (less administrative charge of Rs. 1000/-) if a cancellation request is received at least 15 days before the event date.
• For cancellations made between 15 days and 7 days before the event date, a 50% refund (less administrative charge of Rs. 1000/-) will be issued.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date.

1.2 Refunds due to Event Cancellation:

• In the event that the organizer cancels the event for any reason, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
• The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by registrants, such as (but not limited to) travel, accommodation or any other incidental expenses.

1.3 Refund Process:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our email id:- asmindia79@gmail.com and should include the registrant’s name, registration details and reason for cancellation.
• Refunds will be processed within 45 days of receiving the cancellation request.

2 Cancellation Policy:




2.1 Organizer’s Right to Cancel:

• The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, force majeure, government lockdowns or other reasons beyond their control.
• In such cases, registrants will be notified immediately via email and / or phone.

2.2 Event Postponement:

• If the event is postponed to a later date, the registered attendees will be informed by email and / or phone and the registration will be retained for the rescheduled dates.

2.3 Force Majeure:

• Neither party shall be liable for damages caused by delay or default in performing its obligations under this agreement if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, wars, insurrections, government lockdowns, pandemic, and/or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
